Do you ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses?
At this time, Seek Simplicity does not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. These type of addresses are set up by the United States Postal Service for personal and military use. Our suppliers ship products using UPS, Fed-EX, DHL and other private carriers that do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

How do I return an item?
To return any merchandise you must email us (from our Contact Us page or [email protected]), and request a RMA# [Return Merchandise Authorization number]. Only then may we be able to accept a return. Do not ship merchandise back to us without obtaining this information. As this number is tagged to your order and your order can be sent to a return center to be serviced. You may email us explaining your reason for your return.
Once we receive these item/s and we have inspected your product to ensure there is no damages, scratches and all materials are included, we will issue you a refund, we will notify you by email that a refund has been issued. You may then place an order for the new item you wish to have. We may only issue store credit with your authorization. An account number will be generated and provided to you.
